| 工作描述： |
1. Conceptualization: Using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software like SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX to build 3D models from scratch 概念設(shè)計：使用SolidWorks、CATIA、NX等CAD軟件從零構(gòu)建3D模型，完成產(chǎn)品方案構(gòu)思。 2. Prototyping: Moving from digital to physical. This involves 3D printing, CNC machining, or building "franken-models" to test a mechanism's logic. 原型制作：通過3D打印、CNC加工或搭建測試模型，將數(shù)字設(shè)計轉(zhuǎn)化為物理樣機，驗證機構(gòu)邏輯。 3. Analysis & Simulation: This is where the math happens. You'll use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure parts don't break under stress and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for heat or airflow issues. 分析與仿真：應用有限元分析（FEA）確保零件強度與可靠性，使用計算流體動力學（CFD）解決熱流/氣流問題。 4.Manufacturing Readiness: Designing for Manufacturability (DFM).
